I purchased catalog express a few years ago  and would like to upgrade  i downloaded the newer version and tried to use my activation but it would not work  is there an upgrade fee and how do I get it

but it says on the web site if you are upgrading from Catxp 2.0 to 2.5 it is free but it still wont take your license??
