I wish to make use of the half price alphbets, namely 'Jack' and 'Artist' when I went to the shopping cart it asked for a promotion code.  Where do I find that?

You don't actually need to use a promotion code to get the half-price Ann's alphabets. As long as you are an Ann's Club member, and you are logged in, you should automatically see the discounted price when you add the products to your shopping cart.
