Ann The Gran Community

I have a Designer SE and when I'm done with an embroidery design, the thread will sometimes get stuck between the tension disks.  I try not to pull on it too hard for fear the thread will break and the rest will be stuck in there.  Does anyone have a solution other than taking it in?  I've tried contacting Viking but haven't heard from them yet.  This is very frustrating.

Unfortunately we don't sell this particular machine so would be unable to help.  Have you checked the documentation that came with your machine?
