 I have a Janome. Is the design available as a jef desig?

I also have another question for you. I purshashed a new laptop recently. I sill use it in my sewing area. I bought a HP , Vista OS, 64 bit. I am unable to open my newly purchased Catalog Express and Alphabet Express. Is there anything that can be done to help me. I am very diappointed. 

With Free designs they are only availble in PES format unless specified other wise.

With Purchased designs they are in various formats of your choice.
