I have the Topaz 30 and Im trying to use teh 4D QuickFont that came with it. I have followed the directions exactly as they say, but it's not saving the font anywhere.

Any ideas on what Im doing wrong?

To load software onto the PC, sometimes requires you temporarily disable the firewall as it can block the download.

Even if it's already uploaded? I can run the program just wont save. Should i try and reinstall and take down any firewalls?

Just a suggestion.  If you continue to have this problem, get in touch with your sewing machine dealer for help.

Are there any other suggestsions?  I'm having the same problem, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still won't save anywhere ... my sewing machine dealer has NO clue!

Thanks, but I have contacted the dealers and they dont' have a solution ... they suggested I look online LOL

so here I am ... i was wondering if the other person who initiated the post found a solution, and if she could post it.

Hi. I posted this question, but can't log on with my other account so had to make a new one.

I ended up calling HV and when you run through the Quickfonts and make a font. When you go to your thumbdrive, the SEND.vf3....that's your font.

Just rename it. Everytime to do a new font, it will show up as SEND.vf3. I usually name it the font name and size so I know.
