and have installed it on my new computer  and now it is saying my trail has expried

I am trying to purchase Alphabet Express (I have already used the 30day trial) now my screen is telling me to install an liscense activator and I don't have one, how do I get one??

Five fonts are built in to Alphabet Xpress and then another 25 or so are available for additional purchase that will work with it. Personally I love Alphabet Xpress! Best of luck to you, kt3234 Karen

What fonts are built in and can I use it with my Babylock machine?  I need Comic Sans

I have been trying to download the trial version of alphabetexpress with no success.  What is OKB which the installation process says I need on my hard drive.  Please help.

Hi Diane,

We have received your e-mails and replied to each one. The last e-mail was sent to you was on August 29th. It sounds like our e-mails are getting trapped in your spam/bulk folder. Please check these folders. I will send you a test e-mail today.

To download your alphabet xpress software please follow these steps:

1) go to www.annthegran.com

2) click 'sign in'

3) login with your username and password

4) click the link 'downloads' under your account menu

5) look for the software product name, i.e. Alphabet Xpress, to the right you will see a download button

6) click the download button

7) save the exe file to a folder on your computer

8) when the download is complete browse to this folder and run the exe file to install the software

9) the serial number is listed on this page

I have downloaded the trial version of Alphabet Xpress and have tried several times to save the designed font that I typed out and when I go to the file it is not there.  Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

It is most effective to select "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.

Are you saving to your format?  For instance, I use PES and could have accidently tried to save to other formats. 

Did you make sure it was going to the correct folder?

That is all I can think of, and Support is really helpful.  However, they are not 24/7, it is more like 8 to 5 EST.

I did write a blog on Alphabet Xpress, but not about this issue.  It is about the quality of the digitizing.
