I purchased 3 Dalco Applique CDs, the floral worked fine .The faries and Tropical Fish will not convert. i have an esante2 and use a pallette esc2 to write to card. It gives the message cannot read the file .I hope someone can help,these designs are beautiful !

I purchased 3 Dalco Designs;Floral,Tropical Fish, Faries. I opened Floral with my Pallette esc2 {after some time] The other 2 will not open-it gives the message cannot read file version. I use an Esante2 Embroidery machine and a pallette esc2. I must not be doing something right,help! They are beautiful designs.
