First off,I love your avatar ! What a doll ! Second ,Yes I do know where Nokomis is,I used to live in Venice a few years ago. I drove through Nokomis every day to work,LOL. Small world huh ! We used to live just off Shamrock Blvd.

Wow ! I love all this enthusiasm !! What would You ALL think of someplace in Orlando? Looks like it would be about an hour drive for most of us. I know some of us can car pool it,to help with the costs. Looks like their is a lot of interest in this ,so like Kathy just said..."Lets get going on this !!" I was thinking sometime in mid-July would work for most wouldn't it?

This is going to be so fun! A nice informal get together to talk about what we all LOVE! I still think we should all bring out latest project,(if possible) so we can all See what everyone is doing.

I live in Sun City Center,which is about 20 minutes from Tampa,Anyone in this area interested in car pooling let me know. I love to drive,so is not a problem.(I have a GPS also lol)

I love seafood of any kind, and most have other things on the menu besides that. Let's hear what you all think and I will start checking places out. I will also need some kind of number so I know how big a place we need. Bring your Hubby's,bring your friends,especially if they are on the fence about ME.

Hi!  My name is Joan and I live in Okeechobee, right at the top of the lake. I would love to meet up with some more ME'ers. I have a good friend that also lives here and perhaps she would want to car pool to Orlando. As it is now we have to travel to North Palm Beach to get in on classes and trunk shows. We go to Laura's Sewing & Vacuum in the Home Depot shopping center. I haven't heard of the Victorian Smockers from Palm Beach.

Wow you all get two happy faces !! I am so glad there are  so many from here to get together with ! Some so close to me too,wow. I love this! Will do some checking around to see what we can come up with for eats. I know there are a lot of resturants  that we could use. Will keep all informed and will try the best to get this going for us.! I am between Tampa and Sarasota.

I am still trying to figure out how my responses get posted here but I will figure it out eventually.  I already answered your email so hopefully you got that response.  But yes, I would like to know more about the Ultimate Sewing Place Embroidery Club and exactly where it is.

 I think that some place in Orlando would be perfect! And I think Judy should be in charge. Judy, give me a call. We're in the book.

The Ultimate Sewing Place is at 1911 Knox McRae Drive in Titusville, Florida.  It is in the Publix shopping center and very easy to get to from I-95, Rt. 50 or US1.  They have an online calendar at www.sandcastleretreats.com
