hello, when I try to download a design it takes me to order history. Is there a new way to downloading? Thank you, Sam

Hi Here are the steps for downloading free designs 

 A) Downloading the files
Step 1. Goto the free design section
Step 2. Agree to the license
Step 3. Find a design you want
Step 4. Click on link to download
Step 5. Click again to download design
Step 6. Click Save 

MAKE SURE THE FILE NAME IS CORRECT

Step 7. Choose folder and click save again
Step 8 .. For ease of use put it in my document or on desktop so you can find it.

NOTE: the file will be zipped... you need to extract them

B) Unzipping the files
1. Goto start
2. Choose (All programs for XP) or (Programs for Windows 9X/ME/2000)
3. Check for a folder called WINZIP if its there goto STEP C
4. IF you dont have winzip paste the next line into windows explorer address bar

5. Click download and save it to your desktop
6. Double click to install

C) Converting the file

NOTE: All free designs are in PES format if your machine uses another format you will need to convert the design first prior to sending it to your machine
