I recently bought and downloaded the Bible Verse squares pack when I try to open and view its just a lot of lettlers no design is this normal or am I doing something wrong. I would like to save the designs to a jump drive so I can open them with my brother embroidery machine. Can someone help me with this I really would like to use the designs. Thanks
