 I have not received the email that announces March or April Goodies.  I've attempted to look for them on Ann's web site,  Yet, I've been unable to find them.  Can anyone instruct me or help me?  Thanks!

I'm not sure what is meant by "Phrase pack will be available for download under your account."  Because it is not obvious how to do this, I also have missed any downloads that were supposed to be available for March and April.  Will you please either post clear directions on how to access these "benefits" or, better yet, provide a direct link?

Sorry about that, Rita. You're right that the instructions weren't very clear. Let's try again:

1. Click on 'My Account' in the top menu of our home page.

2. Log in to your account using your username and password.

3. You will see a menu called 'Account Menu' on the left side of your screen. Click on 'Club Goodies'.

4. On that screen, you will be able to download your monthly goodies.

As for the April goodies, we are a little behind because of the Community Circle event, but they should be up in your account by the end of the day today.
