Do I have to pay a fee in order to open the free designs. I've been a member for a long time. I was a member when I had my old computer and a different address as well and never had to pay for the free designs.........I'm on a small fixed income, but would be willing to pay, if it's not too much, after all, it does say free.

I just can't open them or download them any longer.

The designs are free, but in different categories -

Those with the download icon are free to everyone. 

Those with without the icon are free to members of Ann's Club, which requires a membership fee.

The membership fee also entitles the paid up member to discounts on merchandise sold at this site.
