L had a lot of trouble signing in. I DID NOT CHANGE ANYTHING from last on your site. I eventually signed in why so much trouble?

NOW I cant download free designs why?   Wanting scarecrows urgently

If you go back to the second page of DOWNLOAD DESIGNS and read all the information provided with regard to downloading and the download icon, you may have your answer.

You have to be a currently paid-up member of Ann's Club to access all the designs.  If you are not a paid-up member, you can only download the designs with the download icon.

You need to unzip the downloads.  Highlight and choose extract or open.

"Mouse over" the file/design with the cursor and when it highlights a mini screen will open and there is where you choose extract or open.

I'm a member for a very long time. Since you revamp the site I do not know how to download the desings. Can someone PLEASE help me. Your designs are fabulous, special the free pictures.

Downloading from DOWNLOAD DESIGNS is already explained on the page following the agreement page.

You have to be a current member of Ann's Club, which requires a fee to access all the designs.

If you are not a paid-up member, you can only download the designs that have a download icon beside them.

To download from the DOWNLOAD DESIGNS or from the many that are available at SHOP is basically the same proceedure.

Establish a folder and give it an easily recognizable name (such as ATG Embroidery) on the drive where you wish to store the downloads and when you click on the design of your choice, SAVE the download to that folder.

I have signed in but can't download any designs.  I also can't seem to navigate around the site like I used to.  Can you help me?

This portion of the site was revamped a long time ago.  I can only recommend you take your time and re-read the instructions.

Select category and then, from the list, select which type of design you are looking for.  If you know which designer's embroideries you want to view, select Designer and then select the name from the list.

Dear Annthegrann people!

I have some problems when I tried to download free designs. Every time when I click to downloading....It comes a tekst to the screen, that it`s not possible to download because you`re not a member. I´m still member, because I havent´ problem to login....

In additional to having access to all the designs found at DOWNLOAD DESIGNS, you receive monthly "bonus" designs and discounts on items found at SHOP.

I will try and see what I can do.  My brother machine only download to floppies and at my age I do not want to buy another machine that goes directly to computer.Thanks

Why can't I open up any of the free design files ?  I downloaded some a few years ago & had no trouble at all.  I even managed to download some this time, but can't open them at all ( from opening direct or opening from a saved file ).  Both ways I just get a box saying "Application not found" and a long code.  Nothing on my computer has changed. 

I would appreciate any help.  I am considering buying some, but if I can't even open the free ones ( produced by annthegran ) then I'm not sure if should risk buying any.  I would like to use PES ( Brother ) format, if that makes any difference.  Could it be anything to do with the zip ?

If you are a member of Ann's Club you can download all the designs.

If not, you can only download the ones with the download icon ->  

Have you extracted or opened the files (they download in a zipped file). 

All the downloads in DOWNLOAD DESIGNS should already be in the .pes format.

I CANNOT OPEN THE NEW DESIGNS ON MY MACHINE  

Did you unzip the file and then use the unzipped file (design)?
