I believe this has been addressed many times.

You register as a member of the site and this entitles you to the designs with a download icon.

As a paid-up member of Ann's Club, you can download all the designs in DOWNLOAD DESIGNS.

Can't open the designs on my sewing machine

When I download the new free designs, I can open them on my computer and download them.  However, when I try to use them on my sewing machine, my machine does not read the file.  I am using the pes file format.  The only problem I am having is with the new free designs.  I have noticed that when I click on the designs several pop ups try to come up on my computer and I have to click another the option to click here to continue.  I was wondering if these designs contain some type of virus.

Click on the download designs tab.  Then click the agree to terms. Then go to the view category tab and find the new designs in the list and click go.  All of the designs here are the ones that I am having problems with.

You must be a current, paid-up member of Ann's Club to access all the designs.  If you are a member of the site and not a member of Ann's Club, then you can only download designs that have the download icon.

It's a spam scam.  ATG Support will be advised.

Re: Can't open the designs on my sewing machine

I had the same thing happen to me. When I went to download one of the new free designs a pop up appeared saying I had won an hourly prize. I ignored it and downloaded the design as normal. I just unzipped it and brought it up on my embroidery software and it seems fine. Just thought I would let you know. Good luck, kt3234 Karen

    Designs

I can't sethe designs to select what I want to download as it asks for the name of the designer and I don't know. I preferred it when I could just see the desings and select what I wanted. I still use floppies with s Brother Machine Pes and have never had any trouble now If I want a dog or a cat I can't get to it. I can do catergory and then I am stuck.

Re: Can't open the designs on my sewing machine

I can download the designs fine to my jump drive to my sewing machine.  However, when I open up the jump drive on my sewing machine it will not find the designs.  I can pull them up fine on my computer but my sewing machine will not read the file.  The only time I have this problem is with the designs that don't automatic have the download pop up.  When I have to click the "Click here to download" button, the design will not read on my sewing machine.

You need to unzip the downloads.  Highlight and choose extract or open.

I did that and when I choose one to download I get a message saying "free designs are only available to club members" - since I am a club member and sign in I have no clue what to do next!
