I get an error message and the wheel is real hard to turn what can I check I re threaded it and checked the bobbin cant see anything wrong the wheel is hard to turn even with the bobbin case out. dont know what to check next.
Remove the throat plate and check for thread that may have tangled or wrapped around the race. Snip the thread with scissors and remove with tweezers.
