My Amazing Box has Crashed! Now I can't view my embroidery designs,therefore I can't embroider!!!!! I've tried to use Winzip, but still can't view my designs on my computer. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?????
Unless Winzip is a product for viewing embroidery formats, you cannot view the files.
You can view opened and saved designs with Pulse Ambassador (it is a free download).
