I'm a member and I signed in - and I'm trying to down load a design - and its indicating that I'm not a member - what is the problem?

I did verfity my pass word and id and its still not let me down load....help

If you are trying to download a design that does not have a download icon, you have to be a paid-up member of Ann's Club to download.
