I am a paid member and today attempted to download various designs. On a few of them, I received a message that the design was an Unrecognized File format. These were PES designs, which is what I wanted. Is there a way I can get around this error or is this something that needs to be fixed on your end?

I found one that the designer did not complete before posting, and maybe this is the same problem.
