There is no ore Free design tab now on the new site?

I don't see it, I check in the FAQ/forum... it look like I'm not the one one how have problem with the new site.

Could you tell me here to click to find the free designs please?

I'm a member since a few years.....

We cannot tell you anymore than what is already on the site.

Click on DOWNLOAD DESIGNS at the top of any screen.

After the agreement page, carefully read the instructions on how to access designs.

If you are not a currently paid up member of Ann's Club, you can only download designs that have a download icon.
