Good morning I am having problems downloading the Bowls section in pes.  I feel that you need to have on your site all the various formats so that people can download what they need in their particular format for their machines as not all of us have a machine that will download into the pes format.

I have seen quite a few people are having the same probnlem that I am having with not being able to convert them to the relevant formats. I would like to see you change back to multiple formats so that it makes it easier for everyone.

If I am unable to download what I need I will not be back to your site.

I believe all the designs are donated and you get what you get. 

It is not difficult to convert to the format needed, with the exception of Bernina's art format.

Pulse Ambassador is a free download that can be use for conversion.  You download the software, open it and then select the file/design you want to convert and then save as in the format needed.

I am a member and I am signed in, but it still won't let me download.  I thought maybe I had to regegister, but it wouldn't let me do that either......Marilyn reid

I am new to your site, and love all the designs I see.. I went to download a free one, and when it downloaded, it did not give me an option to choose the format I needed.  It was an angel with a little butterfly.  It downloaded in PES, and I need JEF.  How does that work with your company?  Usulally when I download a design, and it does not give me an option, when I take it off of the desktop, or folder, it gives me an option to pick the correct format when I click on it.   Thank you in advance.

I have downloaded the Pulse Ambassador program but am unable to see how I can convert your pes files into a JEF format as I have a Jenome Memorycraft 300E. Please help!

If you will re-read the information regarding downloading the free designs, you are offered a site that is a free program for converting machine embroidery formats. 

Open PA.

Find the design you have saved to the PC's hard drive. 

Open it.

Choose SAVE AS.

Name the design, using the extension (JEF) needed.
