I have embird 2004, and I love it but it doesn't allow me to create my own designs, only modify the ones I already have.

While it is very good, I need a bit more.

 I want to be able to load a jpg, then create my own design. I have tested PE6 and it is fabulous and exactly what I want but WAY too expensive for what I want to do.

Does it work on vista ?
