    Hello Dorothy from Tenn!

I came on to answer your request as I ran across a neoprene blank pacifier holder yesterday.  I went back to find it and could not remember where I had seen it.  I went to the site I ordered theread from yesterday and no luck.

However, some clever ladies on www.Etsy.com have come up with some sewing ideas that you could possibly draw your own design from.

    Good Luck with your project.

    Joan

P.S. if I come across the blank pacifier holder again, will remember you and forward the information.

I made some holders for my new grandson, just emroider whatever design you want an applique design works well, attach it to something stiff, like plastic canvast and glue it to a suspender holder, its simple and inexpensive,  I made some for him as I didn't have my emboidery machine withme, with just making fabric tubes with velcro fastener on the end to fasten the paci and the suspender holder on the other end, did it for pacifiers and bottles, the parents loved them
