When I download a free design and try to "unzip" it, it is in WORD format and the only thing visable is strange little symbols. WHAT am I doing incorrectly??????

Please try the following steps:

* click the free design you want to download

* click on the 'here' link - click here to download your free design

* right click on the 'here' link and choose 'open in new window' - click here to download the design...

* save the zip file to your computer

* extract the PES file to a folder after downloading
