I just ordered the Daisy Alphabet set by Ann Cobb. I did not see where I could select the format before I downloaded. I downloaded anyhoe (MY BAD) and now I have a set in ART which I cannot use. I need PES. When I try to call customer service I get the automated system which DOES NOT help me. How can I get the proper download without haveing to pay for it again?

All the format is available for download as many times as you want but in your case since you have problem ,I have unzipped the files and send them in PES format ,please check your email for the files.
