The Little Black Tee & Boatload of Bags CD's

I bought both of these cd's at the first Ann the Gran Community Circle.  The got put in a draw and forgotten about for over a year.  When clean I came across them and was so excited.  That was until I tried to use them.  When I tried to register them I receive a message that the license number that I had "was expired".  Now nowhere on the CD packaging does it say anything about there being a time limit that they must be used by.

I tried to contact the manufacturer, Ms Roche, but after numerous emails I got no response.  These CD's were not cheap and I am rather annoyed that they are unusable.

So a heads up to anyone out there that maybe purchasing these CD's or others by Ms Roche that if you do not register them immediately you may have just wasted your money.

Re: The Little Black Tee & Boatload of Bags CD's

I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience.

However, let me say this, CD's which are sold at the Community Circles (even ones that are prizes) are normally (in 95% of companies) not really working CDs.

There is a reason for that, and that is because the CDs may not be up to date and some may be carried (on the shelf) for a long time.  When that happens, the CD is an out of date program.  So, the CD you get is a 'token' CD and you need to follow up and give the serial number of your CD to Support who will give you information (usually download the latest version) and see to it that the serial number is updated for your use.

That is normal, and not really a waste of money.  So, I recommend that you get in touch with Support (via Contact at the bottom left of this page) and have all your information updated.  A company could not stay in business if they were taking money for products and not giving the product.  Ms Roche is really not the person to deal with, check with Support.

I paid $40. for each CD so to me that is not a TOKEN.  I have contacted everyone I can think of and to date I still have 2 USELESS CD's.

You are quite right - you did not get these free.  I no longer do business with DIME (Ms Roche) because of their poor customer service.
