I bought alphabet express and i own 3 computers and had to replace on.. I do my embroidery work on all of them depending on where i am in my home... The main computer that had to be replaced it is where i have my smartbox so thats we the final work is put on my smartcard... I usually save the work on cd so that when i get the time i load it on to the smart card ( and its not fun trying t get it to work so I really don't want to have to move it all the time.)... Well that being said I have a real problem, everythime i turn around I am having trouble with the registration key, so I contact support and am informed I can't put this on more than one computer( well thats the hint I got) so now here I am with the software and cant use it where I chose!!! How come is it that any other software I buy I can do what I need to but with this I can't.... I never got a disk of the program I have always had to dowmload it.. Any help that anyone can offer would be great.. I would really like for Ms. Ann to help me I feel that she would understand my frustration.. Not to include the fact that it takes 1 day everytime you send a new email to support.. I get a response try there solution, try to let them know whats going on and bingo i have to wait another day for a response...So now I am into day 2 of the problem THIS time....
