This is explained on the second page of DOWNLOAD DESIGNS.
First you have to unzip or extract the file.
The file may be in .pes format after it has been unzipped/extracted.
Download Pulse Ambassador (see link on the second page of DOWNLOAD DESIGNS).
Open design in Pulse and save as .DST.
