Click on DOWNLOAD DESIGNS at the top right of any screen.
After the Agreement page, carefully read the next page that appears.
You can download any design that has a download icon.
This page also provides the option to join Ann's Club.
Just a quick FYI, registration, which is free, and belonging to Ann's Club are two different things. Ann's Club has a membership fee that you will recoup very quickly if you ever buy stabilizer and the many goodies available to Ann's Club members.

I feel like I am being punished since you changed your free designs download page. Before, it was so easy. Now I don't know what to do or how to get to the page where the free downloads are indexed.

Read the instructions.
Select category and then the topic you are looking for.
Wait for the screen to load.
