Newbie question about embroidery designs

I am a total newbie. My machine has not arrived, but will this week. I see all of the pretty free designs on this website and my question is, can I download and save some free ones and then be able to use them on my new machine, a Singer Futura CE150 ? You may be laughing at my question, but like I said, I am a total newbie, anxious to learn everything. Ann in KY

There is lots of information in our forums about downloading free designs, and you will be able to use our free designs in your machine. Click on the link below for links to several discussions about free designs.
