Where are the directions on how to submit our embroidery designs to Free Designs? I knew where to find it on the old site...

There is a post concerning contributing free designs that I found here: http://www.annthegran.com/cs/forums/p/200/380.aspx#380 I had not visited the site in some weeks and found I needed to re-register and learn where things are now located and accessed on the site as well.
