Ann The Gran Community

Hi there:  I am a registered member & was considering joining Ann's Club so decided to download a free design.  The designs ( I tried several) all downloaded as "DownloadTrialNow.htm".  They are not in zip and I cannot open them.  Suggestions?  Thanks, Mary Lou Fiander

Did the designs have the download icon as described in the overview at the top of the page?

Yes  of course.

If you know the name, let me try.  Occasionally, there is a problem with a design.  If there are more than one, what are the names?

Thank you for your feedback. For a more detailed explanation regarding the changes made to our Free Designs section please visit http://www.annthegran.com/cs/forums/t/2835.aspx.

To view free designs please visit:

https://www.annthegran.com/FreeDesigns.aspx

You can select your search by changing the category, contributor or typing in the design name you are looking for and click 'search'.

We see you are currntly not an Ann's club member so in this case look for free designs that have download symbol icon.  These are the designs available for you to download.

To download any of these designs click on the design

click 'here' to continue the free design download process.

Click 'here' to download your free design(s).

Step 2: 'Download' the design.....

After you click on 'download' a window will pop up prompting you to save or open the zip file.  Save the zip file to your computer.

I am a  member of anth gran i am having trouble downloading free designs so why is it telling mei am not a member i have tried to call you cant understand why cant get support  jeanne siler 765 210 -0456

it use to be easy to get to the free designs.but i can't seem to do it any more a'm not that good on a compurter.you have change it so it not that easy anymore.I have try to go to all the place you said to go.But still can't get any wrere. illterbit

See "DOWNLOAD DESIGNS" to access free designs.  If you are not a paid-up member of Ann's Club, you can download the designs that have a download icon.
