    Hello,

You can download your order by following these steps:

    1) go to www.annthegran.com
    2) click 'sign in'
    3) login with your username and password
    4) click the link 'downloads' under your account menu
    5) look for the design pack you ordered and select your supported file format from the list (i.e. PES, JEF, HUS etc.)
    6) click the download button
    7) save the zip file to a folder on your computer
    8) when the download is complete browse to this folder and extract all design files to a folder
    9) you can now access your designs

    Thank you

    Re: Downloading on PED

Just in case you are getting the error message "no sewing data in file," you need to check to see that you have the correct size of hoop in the upper left corner.

If you bought a design that is too large for your machine, you need to see what Support has to say to get the right size.  If you did buy the design too large for your machine, you can download a trial version of KP Composition which happens to be $50.00 off for this week - a significant bargain.  It has a 'split the design' function that is very user friendly.  You may want to see it in my blog post.  It does so much for your designs, you will want to get it for its great functions!
