We appreciate your feedback.  We have made some changes to the site in regards to downloading free designs, for more information on this please visit http://www.annthegran.com/cs/forums/t/2835.aspx .

In regards to the site being slower, there could be a few reasons for this.  Occasionally this can happen if there are many customers on the site at the same time.  However, in general the site should not be any slower then it was before.
