That may be a difficult request. 

Snickers candy bar is a registered brand with Mars, Inc. Copyrighted and registered items cannot be recreated without legal permission from artist, designer, painter and in this case, a corporation.  When these designs appear on fabric from time to time, the fabric manufacturer has obtained permission to use the design.

That is a fun idea, but I don't know of anyone who has something like that.  Did you try to "Google" it?

I am guessing that you might be able to find a candy bar design and then use something like AlphaXpress to place the name on top of the design.

I really like AlphaX for this sort of thing, but it has so many other uses as well.  When you have the right tools, better projects are the result.  I know that my DH (now my XDH) would not think twice of getting the right tool for his workshop, and not concern himself with the price.  He did beautiful work and we had a really wonderful marriage - it just was not a long marriage.  (We did last 18 years.)

That is more information than you asked, but I think understanding tools for your craft are important.
