I've been having the same problem with downloading free designs as others.  I kept getting DownloadTrialNow.htm, when using msn download, instead of the file I was after.  I'd been told that sometimes MSN won't download properly.  When I used Internet Explorer, I was able to get the file downloaded, but with the problem I posted about of a third file that I can't open.  Maybe this info will help others.
