Maybe it's just me, but I can't find the new designs to browse thru them.  When I type in a category and search, I get one or 2 designs, but no picture, just the dreaded red X.  No matter how many times I click "show picture", nothing shows up.

I can't believe that it would be so difficult to navigate after being revamped, so I must be doing something wrong.  Shirley

Could you give me the actual word you used in category and search so I could try it.

Hi Pattiann,  I believe I type in "tooth, and then teeth" and then tried dental, but all I got was 2 designs, and I know there were more there before.

I thought if I typed in "free designs" that I would get all of them, but each time I got the same page which asked me to look for a certain design.  Shirl

I agree. I like the old pages better. I was able to find what I wanted much easier. All I get now are the red x's

This is a good point, Shirl. The ability of the system to find designs depends on which keywords are associated with each design. I found a few dental designs on page 2 of the Occupations category, but they didn't turn up in the dental search, as you mentioned. We will be monitoring search phrases over the next little while and we may need to go in and add some keywords to some of the designs so that they turn up better in the search.

I clicked on a kichen cat, and received a number of designs, but to get most of them you have to belong to Ann's Club.  Non-members on will be able to get a couple.  Boo Hoo.

I too am having trouble with the new download site of free designs.  Keyword doesn't seem to work until I try the second time I try it.  I was searching on keyword "Baby" and when (on the second try) I got some pictures I got just red x's for the designs of Linda Revelle.  I haven't had time to do an "in depth" search but I wanted to give Shirely some support that she isn't alone with problems with the new site. 

I am sure ATG will get it all figured out or tell us what we are doing  wrong.

Thanks, Marsha. I have asked Support to look into the red x's issue and post here. We are only seeing a small percentage of people getting this particular problem (the red x's), so this is probably an issue related to your browser settings, but we will confirm this so that you get take advantage of the new features as soon as possible.

This brought up 10 designs.

I've never gotten the red x on this site, but have gotten it other places and chaulked it up to the fact that I was not wearing my aluminum foil hat.

It looks to me like ATG is still being very generous with their free designs.  It's just easier to use the category search than to try using a specific word search.  But I guess you need to narrow down your search requirement, or try it in several different ways.

I had a good time looking through the new pages.

I am having good success with the new sort options. 

I know that funds are tight these days, I am among those who must watch every dime.  I do feel that the (approximately) $5 per month for the Ann's Club saves me that much and more month in and month out.  I also recognize that it takes people and equipment to have a really good site.  I try to remember the benefits I get here that are not just monetary too. 

Be sure that you select the "go" button (NO HITTING-play nice and 'press' or 'select').

Perhaps some are using the 'search' at the top right corner when they should be using the boxes down the page??

Shirl,  I found them, then I lost them and then I found them again.

In the Free Designs section, go to the top of the page and type Teeth or Dentist into the search box.  Not free.

In the free designs, I could not find a category for dentist or teeth.
