i posed a mesage on Sunday that I was having trouble downloading the Morango birdhouse collection.  I was trying to download the VIP format (which is what my dealer had told me to use). 

I went back in to  the site and downloaded the designs in the Hus format and all is fine.  Also when I clicked the button to send the post, I got a message that the site was down and not available.

Glad you got your download issues solved

this site also tells me that there has been an error and to try my post later but my message eventally posts.  I blame the cyber gremlins

Just post once.  If you get an error message, report it to support (click on Contact at the bottom left of this screen).  Give the form and subject so it can be checked out.

The original post will go through.

When you run into a problem at the site, go to your profile (look at the upper right corner for your name and click on it)  where you will find an icon for support.   Click on that icon and you have a direct access to Support for any technical site question.
