windows vista and annthegran problems

We just bought a new computer and it has vista installed but we can't open the project we have saved on our computer and when we download a free picture to use on our next project, we still can't open the items.

What do we need to do?

We are not computer experts so please help us

Hello Cajun,

You mention a project, do you mean a free design? To download a free design, click on the free design link to save the file. Save the file to a folder on your hard drive. Unzip the PES file when the download is complete.
