I have a Babylock and the format is pes.  I also have a janome and the format is jef.  For some reason everything keeps coming up in pes.  I'd like to be able to use both, am I registered in pes? I've down loaded some designs, but have had little success transporting them to my machines, especially in jef.  Can you be of any help.  I'm also looking for Greek letters, aprox. an inch to an inch and a half in hieght.  Have you all gotten any in or could you get some in?  Thank you  Tonirose

I hope you have "Buzz Tool". With that system you can change your "pes" designs into "jef" and the other way around.

You can download the Wilcom Truesizer for free.  You can convert to any format with it.

I also have a Jonome 11000, and you can use the pes files after you convert them to jef.  I don't know what machine you have, but the customizer program will convert the pes file to the jef format.  Did you buy the customizer program when you bought your Janome machine?
