You certainly had one frustrating time with this.
I have made purchases on the Net and of course, at ATG, and have found that when I have been unhappy, each of my sellers went out of their way to be helpful and apologize for any inconvenience. Additionally, software (in general) has to be able to work with millions of different types, configurations and ages of computers. Sometimes I think it is a miracle that software works at all.
Things can and certainly do go wrong, but I feel that as a whole, the Net is a positive experience where people try to work with people. I hope you will try something again from any where on the Net and have a good experience. I know that at my personal site I have had purchases from around the world and with the exception of the time involved with transit, all of the transactions went well.
Best wishes to you and yours, Pat
