The initial issue was that Brother did not have the hoops in stock, which we did inform you of this as soon as we found out about the backorder. First Brother shipped the SA442, which you should have received on Monday and then the SA443 should have arrived yesterday. I believe you informed us this morning that you received it.
We did try to call you several times over the last few days to speak to you about the emails that you sent to our Support Team enquiring about the above status, and the Support Team also emailed you with updates.
We do take responsibility for the back order situation, and we have issued a complimentary 3 months extension on your Ann's Club membership for any inconvenience caused.
