    Order Error&Error&Error

    I ordered multiple things from the web site. Got ONLY one item, but my card was charged for the WHOLE order over $200.00.

    Had to call, then received a few more. Order was placed on 9/17/08. I have paid for the items on my card, even paid the card. Still have not gotten all my items.

     

    I think this is very disappointing. This is my first order. Will probably NOT make the same mistake again. Poor costumer service.

    The initial issue was that Brother did not have the hoops in stock, which we did inform you of this as soon as we found out about the backorder. First Brother shipped the SA442, which you should have received on Monday and then the SA443 should have arrived yesterday. I believe you informed us this morning that you received it.

    We did try to call you several times over the last few days to speak to you about the emails that you sent to our Support Team enquiring about the above status, and the Support Team also emailed you with updates.

    We do take responsibility for the back order situation, and we have issued a complimentary 3 months extension on your Ann's Club membership for any inconvenience caused.

    We value your business and are wiling to do what it takes to win you back as a customer.

    I did get everything I ordered and did receive phone messages. As I work in a busy ER I can't take my phone with me. I leave it in a locker.

    What I would have liked was for someone to let me know when my order shipped that it was not the entire shipment. I only got one stabilizer. No thread, not the tear away, no cut away, no hoops. It was shipped as "complete" when I only received ONE item. It really worried me.

    Thanks for getting me my hoops I am very pleased.
