I lost my hard drive and I was at a loss for what to do, I posted a request for service to help me recover my Catalog xpress program, the next day I received a call from Ontario Canada, they had me back in service within an hour, you can not ask for better service than that, what a pleasant lady to work with. She took control of my system and did her magic and I am back doing my Embroidery work once more, thank you Annthegran for you fine service. This is the second time in two years I needed help it works each time. A great product and quality service too.
