We are sorry you did not receive the club goodies or our e-mail replies to you. Usually this can happen when e-mails get trapped in spam/bulk folders.
The club goodies were sent out by e-mail each month. We are currently changing this process so club members can expect to download club goodies each month rather then receive the goodies by e-mail.
We have also e-mailed you the club goodies you did not receive.
