I cannot get the designs to dnload.  I am signed in, sign the agreement, go the the designs and try to dnload and screen comes up about learning about Ann's club and dnloading faster. There is a place to dnload design now and no matter what I do next all I get is a trial dnload that does not get me a design.  I have followed the directions that I found in the help area and they are not helping me at all.  Trying to "open in a new window" gets me an error that a page cannot be found.  I really would like to be able to obtain some of the free designs.   difivecents

Click on "click here to download".  The other choice provides you with information about joining Ann's club.

Free designs are one of the perks here at ATG.  There are so many beautiful ones, it is hard to chose just a few.  I think I have about 100 of them in my designs.

I don't know what you are experiencing because I know I got designs before I became a member of ATG Club. 

After you click on the "I Agree" you should have no further problems.  Perhaps there is some issue that Support needs to know about.

In your profile (upper right on any screen - click on your name) you will find an icon for ATG Support.  Click on that icon and on the left side of their profile, you will see a place to "start a conversation with Support."  Click on that and tell them your problem.

I am the person who cannot dnload the free designs - I have followed the instructions and get nowhere.  I was using my desktop and it has Vista so I thought I would use my laptop which has XP.  Still can't get them to download - I click on the button to download now and all I get is a free trial download.  When I try to open in a new window - I get and error page can't be found and at the top it says Internet explorer cannot read the page.   Any suggestions. 

after it says I have downloaded I can't find them. Where do they go. It does not even ask where I want to download them and then I can't find them

There are two steps.  After step 2, you have the choice of run or save.  Save and make a note as to where the file is being downloaded to.

I check the dnload free design now - get a rod like thing that spins and then it say download design -click on it and all I get is "download trial now".  I have tried rt clicking to open in new page and says page can't be found.  Very frustrating.  I have a desktop computer with vista and laptop with xp and they both do the same thing.  I have internet explorer 7.

After you select the design you want to download, the first page to appear will have two options

(1) Click here to learn....... and

(2) Click here to download..... 

Click on the second option.

The first page will open with a spinning bar and the message; Step 1: Processing your request......... Wait. 

Second page will open with a message; Step 2: Downloading the design.......... Wait. 

The next prompt will be Run? or Save?........you now have your downloaded design and it is your choice as to what you want to do with it .......I use save.

Please tell me this is now working for you. 

I am going through the exact same frustrating thing. I am able to "downloadtrialnow.aspx" but not sure what aspx is. It downloads it to Notepad and when I open it is all gobbly gook!! If I try to download to My documents - same thing. If I change aspx to .zip or .hus it tells me it is an "unrecognized file" Soooo frustrating. I used to download ATG all the time and loved the designs. Heck!!
