OK!!!!  I've got it!!!! And, I bet some other people are having the same problem! When you download the design, and you get the little blue bar, (sorry...not red bar)...it goes through it's "downloading" stage.....then, at the TOP of that page, it says "download design"!!!!! I thought that would just send it in to cyber space again...THAT is where you actually download it to your computer!!!!  TA DA!!! Hope this helps someone.

You have changed the way that you download your desings.  I can't find where they download.  They used to let me decide where I could put them.  Now when I click on the picture it takes me to  the next page that says join the club or click here to download and I guess it downloads but it doesn't give me a choice to where to put it.  Why or What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to download a free design to try out and I have winzip but I cannot find it on my computer after I click download it just disappers.  Help

I too am having trouble. It downloads somewhere as a java script and I can never find it.  It is very upsetting.

When I download a design I have no idea where it was downloaded on my computer. There is no choice as to what file I wanted it downloaded in.  Nor does it post the name of the downloaded file. Help!

I click on the download button, but I havent' a clue where it is being downloaded to. I used to be able to designate a folder. How do I find where these files went? There wasn't a file name so I can't do a search.

Like so many others, I too am unable to download your free designs.

I have been trying to download a pattern and followed all the suggestions given by all you good people but it isn't working.... now what..I am so fustrated....how do i get it to buzz tools?

The problem is that there are almost as many possible solutions as there are different computer configurations, and that is A LOT. There are many programs on many computers that could affect your ability to download designs, and, as much as we try, it's impossible to make any system work on EVERY computer.

I had the same problem. I contacted the support team.  No help. I do know the problem is with certain designs. I can now download some designs but not all. Have you tried other designs or is it all the designs? I had never encountered a problem downloading designs until I tried on this site. Good luck.
