I can sign in, but when I am clicking on the picture to the file i will download, the zipfile don’t come up. The file my computer will downloading have the name DownloadFreeDesigns and is a documentfile, not a zipfile.

Please send more information about:

1.What kind of utility you use to unzip the files like winzip etc

2.Which design do you have problem with?give me few names

3.Do you see a way to rename the file and be OK with the file

4.What is the name of your Browser example ,Internet explorer,Mozilla etc

We always need a lot more information about the problem.

I can't download any of the free designs. I did'nt have any problem untill you made the new web page.

I have the same problem starting today (I downloaded yesterday just fine).  I also get only the "DownloadFreeDesigns" file. 

Same thing for me. I couldn't have any of the free designs. I can't rename them. My browser is Explorer 6 too and winzip doesn't work with the files

It does work now, thank you very much !!!

Please change files of type from Document to Zip file then you can extract and use it.

help!  i am getting nowhere trying to download the free designs.  when i left click onto the design, it dose'nt show me where the design was loaded to.  what am i doing wrong, and how can i correct this situation..i am ready to give up!

I have tried this morning to download a design, but when i click on the download, it says it is downloading, but does not show where it is downloading.  It has not downloading on my hard drive, nor my floppy disk.

What do i do????

I had the same problem when I used the new page set-up.  After you click the "download", you need to go to the next page and click the SECOND request to "download", that's where you'll see where the file is being saved (as a previous writer asked).  The problem I have is that most (all) of the free designs don't give me an accurate outline! The whole thing is perfect til the end that it's ruined by the outline being off by several mms.  Anyone know of a solution?  (First time writing)

I have the same problem. With the old site I had no problem. Designs I down loaded then I can't now. I tested to see if I could.  I like the old site better.
