Hello Ira, The steps to download a free design: Sign In, Click on Free Designs,Click on I agree, Select design category, click on desired design, File download box should appear, Click Save, Choose file location, Click Save.
Those instructions are step by step. If you are still having problems, sometimes the security settings are set to not allow the download. You may want to check out your security or Internet Service Provider.
