I click on the download button, but I havent' a clue where it is being downloaded to. I used to be able to designate a folder. How do I find where these files went? There wasn't a file name so I can't do a search.

Like so many others, I too am unable to download your free designs.

I have been trying to download a pattern and followed all the suggestions given by all you good people but it isn't working.... now what..I am so fustrated....how do i get it to buzz tools?

The problem is that there are almost as many possible solutions as there are different computer configurations, and that is A LOT. There are many programs on many computers that could affect your ability to download designs, and, as much as we try, it's impossible to make any system work on EVERY computer.

I had the same problem. I contacted the support team.  No help. I do know the problem is with certain designs. I can now download some designs but not all. Have you tried other designs or is it all the designs? I had never encountered a problem downloading designs until I tried on this site. Good luck.

I have been downloading a lot of great designs in the past, without a problem. But now, if I want to download a free design I click on the design then I get a page with a text "downloading design". Then some colours start moving with the text downloading. However, I don't get the chance to name the directory where I want the design to be downloaded to? Where has the design gone?

What do I need to do to be able to download a free design?

Hello Ira, The steps to download a free design:  Sign In, Click on Free Designs,Click on I agree, Select design category, click on desired design, File download box should appear, Click Save, Choose file location, Click Save.

Those instructions are step by step. If you are still having problems, sometimes the security settings are set to not allow the download.  You may want to check out your security or Internet Service Provider.
