I don't understand the new format.  When you download a design it no longer ask where you want to put the design.  I can not find where it went.  Before you could tell it where to load and it was simple and easy.  When I went to help/questions, I saw the same questions, but then I didn't know where to go to find the answer. Please help me to understand the new format.  I liked the old one, simple.

Thank you for contacting us.  Please follow these steps:

1) click on the free design
2) login
3) left click on the 'here'

4) right click the 'download' link and choose 'open in new window'

5) save the zip file to your computer - normally in this window you can select the folder to save the file to
6) extract the pes file once the download is complete
