download formats

I have been unable to open my downloads as the "pes" format is not recognized. I need the download to be in the HUS format. What am I doing wrong?

Go to Free Designs and download the FREE conversion software - Pulse Ambassador. Then select the file you want to convert to HUS and "Bob's your uncle"! (there you have it).
